Return / Exchange policy
Online Purchases
1. Please contact us at shopbydotc@gmail.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us. We will provide you with a copy of the Returns Form.
2. Sale items and accessories cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
3. Please make sure all returned items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and packed in their original packaging with their tags intact.
4. Take note that your return must be sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. The delivery fee for the return will be paid by the customer.
5. We do not offer cash refunds, all returns will be given store credit at the price of purchase with a 3-month validity from the date issued. Store Credit will be issued within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
Pre-order items
1. For all pre-order items, there is strictly no exchange, cancellation or refund once the order has been placed.
Defective Items
1. Please send an email to shopbydotc@gmail.com within 14 days from the delivery date with the following information;
- Order number
- Product code of the defective item
- Photo of the defect
2. We will contact and assist you with an exchange. If the item you purchased is no longer available, store credit or a refund will be issued. We will also arrange for the defective item to be picked up. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags on.
