Return / Exchange policy
1. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us. We will provide you with a copy of the Returns Form.
2. Sale items and accessories cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
3. We accept returns that reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you would like to return your items offline, you may wish drop your items off at 10Anson Road , #02-09 International Plaza, Singapore 079903
4. Please make sure all returned items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and packed in their original packaging with their tags intact.
5. Please take the following steps:
- Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel.
- Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to our store at 10 Anson Road ,#02-09 International Plaza, Singapore 079903
6. Take note that your return must be sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. The delivery fee for the return will be paid by the customer.
7. We do not offer cash refunds, all returns will be given store credit at the price of purchase with a 3 months validity from the date issued. Store Credit will be issued within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
1. For all pre-order items, there is strictly no exchange, cancellation or refund once order has been placed.
1. For store purchases, you can make an exchange within 3 days at our store.
2. For online purchases, you can make an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery at our store.

4. For us to facilitate an exchange, you must have a valid receipt or order number for your purchase.
- You may exchange to another item, or
- Exchange to a lower value item - No refunds or reimbursements will be made
- Exchange to higher value item - A top up is required
- Exchanges to Gift Vouchers is not allowed

1. Please send an email to email@example.com within 14 days from the delivery date with the following information;
- Order number
- Product code of the defective item
- Photo of the defect
2. We will contact and assist you with an exchange. If the item you purchased is no longer available, store credit or a refund will be issued. We will also arrange for the defective item to be picked up. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags on.
