1. For online orders: We accept payment via PayNow to UEN 202225333H and credit cards only. Do note that there is an additional 3% credit card administration fee imposed by the credit card company should customers choose to make payment via credit card.

1. For all pre-order items, there are strictly no exchange, cancellation or refund after order has been placed.
Shipping / Delivery
1. There are 2 delivery methods available for our online customers.
a. Standard Courier: S$4 (1-3 working days from pick-up date to reach your doorstep) Free delivery for purchases above $80
b. Self-Collection at our store at #13-84, 12 Woodlands Square Tower 1, Singapore 737715 [Weekdays 10am - 6.30pm (closed during lunch 2pm-3pm)]
2. Orders for current products in store are usually shipped out within 3 to 5 working days and delivery from our packing facilities to your local shipping address will generally take between 1 to 3 working days. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, army camps, hotels, and outer islands of Singapore (except Sentosa) or any restricted zones.
3. Orders for pre-order products will usually arrive in Singapore between 4 - 5 weeks from order date. The pre-orders would usually be shipped out within 3 to 5 working days from date of arrival in Singapore. Delivery from our packing facilities to your local shipping address will generally take between 1 to 3 working days. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, army camps, hotels, and outer islands of Singapore (except Sentosa) or any restricted zones.
4. Once shipping has been arranged, we will notify you via email on the tracking number for your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your delivery.
5. In the event you wish to change the delivery address, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, name and contact details. We will try our best to rearrange delivery to your new delivery address if your order has not been processed or shipped out.
